Download the form, complete it (using keyboard, or by hand after printing), email the completed form to us, and also pay on it.
If paying by cheque, kindly include a copy of this form in the same envelope. To pay by bank transfer, please credit the bank account shown on the invoice. Seminars/workshops are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of participants. Places are allocated in order of receipt of paid registrations. When an event fills, this will be indicated on the listing of seminars/workshops above. Registrations will typically be confirmed by return email.
Due to the time and expenditure involved in delivering these seminars/workshops, and especially travel, bookings need to be binding. However, they are transferable to another person. Where a registered person cannot attend, a stand-by participant might therefore fill the reserved place.
